3、Check the looseness of each die, check the bolts and fastening parts, and check whether the fastening parts are loose or damaged. If there is damage, replace the parts with the same specifications.
4、Spring and other elastic parts in the use of the spring is the most vulnerable to damage, usually fracture and deformation phenomenon, need to carefully check. Replace the damaged and invalid spring and other elastic parts (pay attention to the specification and type of spring).
5、After a long time of use, the metal stamping die must grind the edge. After grinding, the edge surface must be demagnetized, not magnetic, otherwise it is easy to block.
6、After the use of the metal stamping die, it is necessary to clean the surface, remove oil, dust and other sundries, so that the appearance is clean, no rust, no grease.
